IDM Lowbay

The majority of Dexeco products strive to offer energy savings and improvements over HID lighting. However for low temperature applications, HID, combined with bi-level dimming, can be a cost effective retrofit solution. The integral R11 sensor offers bi-level dimming to outputs of either 30% or 50%, returning impressive energy savings over non-sensored sodium and metal halide alternatives.

Construction

• Robust, white steel body.
• High grade OptiSpec reflector (view the Dextra Opti Range for further information).

Performance

• Lamp sources include metal halide or sodium. All are available as 250W or 400W outputs.
• L2 compliant 55 llm/W*.

Control

Installation

• Fully assembled and ready to install, with no requirement for onsite assembly.
• A mounting backplate is available upon request. This offers a far more efficient two stage installation process.
• The hinged geartray improves wiring accessibility.
• Can be supplied with prewired cable to reduce installation time (upon request).
• Use existing live, earth and neutral wiring, with no requirement for additional BUS systems.

Variations

• Pre-strike lamp warm-up. Standard discharge lamps can take up to 15 minutes to reach maximum output. Adding a pre-strike offers instant ­illumination.
• Glass cover (standard on metal halide version).
• Steel wire guard.
• Polycarbonate cover (must be combined with glass cover on metal halide version).
• Low glare light baffle.
